    Missed work/Absence Policy

    If students are absent from class, he or she will have 3 days to make up missed work and submit it to the teacher for a grade. If student is absent for more than 3 days, all missed assignments will be on Canvas, and a paper copy will be available for pick up by a parent or guardian.

     Class Agreements

    1. Come to class ready to learn and prepared to work. This means having something to write with and write on every single day.
    2. Follow the Allen Middle School expectations (attendance, dress code, cell phones, lockers, gum, and food).
    3. Ask to use the restroom after the first 10 minutes of class and before the last 10 minutes of class.
    4. Participation is expected and encouraged. Please raise your hand to speak and wait to be recognized.
    5. Keep your hands and feet to yourselves, respecting the space and property of others.
    6. Do not leave your seat at any time, unless you ask and receive permission.
    7. You may use computer headphones or earbuds when you are working alone and no one is addressing the class.
