The Department of Construction Management is devoted to safely constructing new and renovated facilities of the highest quality for Guilford County Schools’ students, staff, and communities. The department is responsible for long-range construction planning, management of capital improvement and bond programs, and management of real property records of all school and administrative facilities. Expanding the involvement of minority and women-owned businesses in the renovation and construction of our facilities is also a key focus of the department.
Members of our team serve as liaisons between Guilford County Schools and various government agencies, contractors, and professional firms. Our team is dedicated to accurately and respectfully responding to internal and external inquiries, as well as providing intermediate updates of our various programs in a timely manner.
