Cross-Country

  • Cross Country running is a sport in which teams and individuals run a 3.1 mile race over natural terrain to include grass, dirt, gravel and or pavement. It is an individual and a team sport; runners are judged on individual times and teams by a points-scoring method. Both men and women of all ages can compete in cross country.

    Who are we looking for. All hard working and self motivating individuals. No experience or prior running is required. Expect to work hard and have a rewarding experience. Not only will participating in cross country improve one’s physical ability and endurance, but it will also build a strong character for future endeavors in life.
