Our School Based Data Coach staff development is designed to equip participants with skills to foster constant and consistent conversations around a variety of school data and to use insights from those conversations to promote action. Coursework focuses on data literacy, data cycles, and assessment literacy, as well as the coaching that staff will need to convert theory into practice. We will also work on increasing proficiency in data collection tools like Microsoft Excel.

This unique training requires 5 full days spread throughout the year away from the building, but is well worth the sacrifice. It also provides us with a better understanding of your school’s needs. You also gain a conduit to get you reports we build in-house faster and with deeper explanation.
