My name is Sylvia Bartow and I believe the best teaching is achieved when children feel safe and can learn at their pace and in their style.  I believe in helping each child do their best each day.  My husband and I have two younger children who we enjoy being with.  I also enjoy working out, playing outside cooking and reading!
