WHAT IS WORK-BASED LEARNING (WBL)?
Work-Based Learning is an educational strategy that allows students to engage in sustained interactions with community business and industry professionals and prepares them for the workplace while allowing the application of technical skills learned in the classroom. Quality WBL experiences help students to develop their technical and employability skills while applying their academic skills.
