Welcome back to school!  I am Ms. Williams, your African-American Studies Honors teacher!  Just to let you know a little about me.  This is my second year teaching at Page High School!  I am from Eden, North Carolina.  I graduated from Morehead High School.  During college, I studied abroad in Botswana, Africa where I studied African archaeology, sociology, history, and the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade.  I also earned my bachelor's degree in History/ Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.  I truly enjoy teaching African-American History as well as AP Government!  I am very excited to see what this school year has to come!
