• Email Coach Ngo (ttngo1@gmail.com) to be added to the email list and receive communications for the upcoming season. 

    Outdoor Track & Field does not hold tryouts. We accept any and everyone on to the team as long as all the athletic paperwork is turned in and you work hard and show everyone on the team respect. The last day to turn in new paperwork and be added to the team will be Friday, February 28th.

    You may turn in paperwork early to me or Coach Norment. I can be found after school at the track working with the Indoor Track team. You may also swing by Coach Norment's room during the school day to turn it in.

    Practices will begin on Tuesday, February 18th. Practices will be from 4:15-6:15, Monday-Friday unless otherwise specified.
