    • Name: Melanie Huynh-Duc

    • Background: After 15 years of teaching at Northwest Guilford High School, I'm thrilled to begin my second year at ECG.  I embarked upon a career in education as a NC Teaching Fellow at UNC-Chapel Hill where I earned my B.A. in English with Honors in 2004. I received my MAEd in Secondary English Education at Wake Forest University in 2005. In 2009, I married a wonderful man, Trung Huynh-Duc (he goes by 'T'). We have two boys, Timothy (9) and Patrick (5).

    • Hobbies: Spending time with my boys, dancing, running, traveling, fine dining, reading, watching TV, and writing
