I send an e-mail to parents on a weekly basis that gives information about upcoming classroom activities and the weekly lunch menu.  Also, the principal sends a weekly email and phone call about school-wide events. Also, Colfax Elementary uses Classroom DOJO to send quick communications to parents and parents can send communications to teachers.  I use DOJO very often, so it is important for parents to join. (It works like sending text messages.) 

For reading support during the school year, students can log into www.readingeggs.com and for math support, students will use the Zearn program which is located in CLEVER on the NCEDCLOUD app.
