Welcome to Mrs. Citty's Class!  

Hi!  I am Mrs. Citty. This is my 6th year teaching at Simkins Elementary School. However, I have been teaching for almost 30 years! My how time flys by! My teaching experience includes teaching pre-k, kinder, first grade, second grade, and college-age students.  My educational background includes an elementary education degree, a birth-kindergarten degree, and a MAT (Master of Arts in Teaching Elementary Education) degree. 

This year, I am teaching second grade students at Simkins and also helping do interventions with fourth grade students. I am very excited about working with all of these students this year. I am looking forward to a great year at Simkins. Gooooo Sharks!
