Good Evening Ragsdale

This is Jim Gibson with some important announcements about the start of 2^nd semester.  As you know, the School Board has delayed the return of high school in-person instruction.  We will still begin 2^nd semester on Wednesday, January 20.  In preparation for the possible return of students, we will start to follow the normal bell schedule as if we were in school.  The school day has shifted and will run from 9:55 to 4:25 starting on Wednesday.  Students should log in to 1^st block at 9:55, 2^nd block at 11:35, 3^rd block at 1:10, and 4^th block at 2:55.  Again, we will start this on Wednesday as all students should log in to start making connections with teachers and get assignments.  We will not divide into cohorts until students return in person so all students should log in starting Wednesday.  Your teachers will post instructions in Canvas so please stay tuned. 

We also want to give a big congratulations to some of our Ragsdale Tiger athletic teams.  The men’s and women’s swim teams defeated High Point Central on Senior Night in conference action and both our men’s and women’s basketball teams avenged earlier losses by beating Southwest Friday night.  As always, Go Tigers!  Have a good evening!
