Hi! My name is Laura Cornelius, Mrs. "C."  This is my 3rd year at NWHS and my 15th overall at GCS.  I have a B.A. in Communication from NCSU and a Master's in Education Cross Categorical Special Education.  I am licenesed in Adaptive Curriculum and K-12 Special Education.  I specialize in teaching Language Arts and Social Studies. 

I have two wonderful sons that graduated from NWHS.  My oldest, Charles lives in Arlington, TX, working with the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers.  My youngest, Stanley, is a newlywed and is currently serving in the US Army.

In my spare time, you will find me at a NW game, or out on a walk with one of my 3 dogs.  I also love crocheting and crafting.
