• CTSOs develop character, citizenship, technical, leadership, and teamwork skills. These are essential for students who are preparing for the workforce and further education.  Any student enrolled in a career and technical course is eligible for membership in the career and technical student organization associated with that program.     The National Technical Honor Society is an educational non-profit that exists to honor, recognize, and empower students and teachers in Career & Technical Education. A nonprofit national education association, SkillsUSA serves middle-school, high-school and college/postsecondary students preparing for careers in trade, technical and skilled service (including health) occupations.
