Hello McNair Family,
My name is Mr. Brian McCain and I am excited about serving as principal at Ronald E. McNair Elementary again for the 2023-24 school year. Thank you in advance for your partnership. I received both my Elementary Education Degree and Masters of School Administration at North Carolina A&T State University. I have over 25 years of educational experience, which includes over 9 years as a classroom teacher and 16 years of administrative experience (2 yrs. as assistant principal, 2 yrs. as a student services administrator, and currently 12 yrs. as a principal). I truly value the opportunity to work with students, parents, and teachers/educators to improve academic opportunities and overall growth for children. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and watching and playing sports.
