RHODORA TALLA

Hello, my name is Rhodora Talla. I am a product of the Guilford County visiting teacher program from the Philippines. I have 20 years of teaching experience in my home country. The purpose of my visit as a culture ambassador is to advance my pedagogy and professionalism in the K12 curriculum. 

I received my undergraduate degree in Secondary Mathematics Education at the University of Santo Tomas, Manila,Philippines and have completed the academic requirements for a Masters Degree Program in teaching Mathematics at National Teachers College under the scholarship granted by Metrobank Mathematics Teachers Association of the Philippines. 

This is my second year as a classroom teacher at  Andrews. I currently hold active licensure for both 6-9 Mathematics and 9-12 Mathematics.   

When I'm not working, I enjoy watching movies, bible study, weekend travels and spending time with my family and small group of friends.
