Welcome to English I with Mrs. Wolos!

I am excited to start the 2022-2023 school year with you! Here is a little bit about me:

I was born and raised in northern NJ, but I now live in central NC with my husband, our daughter, and our two cats. I graduated from Ramapo College of NJ in 2014 with a B.A. in Literature and Thomas Edison State University in 2017 with an M.A. in Educational Technology and Online Learning. I am certified in 6-9 Language Arts & 9-12 English in NC and K-12 English in NJ. Along with reading and writing, I enjoy hiking, snowboarding, traveling, and watching scary or funny movies. 

My goals are to inspire a love of reading and writing & ensure my 9th grade students have a smooth transition into high school.
