Your son or daughter may be excluded from school if they are missing proof/documentation of the MCV immunization. To prevent any students from being excluded from school there are several options you may choose from.
- If your student's immunizations are current, you can bring or send updated immunization/vaccination records to school between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm before Friday, September 30, 2022.
- Students who need updated immunizations can go to the Greensboro Health Department Monday, Sept. 26th- Thursday, Sept. 29th from 4:30-6:30 pm. Appointments are strongly encouraged and can be scheduled by calling 336-641-3245.
- A clinic will also be held right here at Page High on Wednesday, Sept. 28th from 1:00-4:00 pm. If you would like your student to participate in this onsite clinic, please complete the permission form by clicking this link.
