Good evening MTA families! Thank you all so much for your presence at our Title 1 night this past Thursday. We appreciate your support and look forward to another opportunity to connect with you at the end of 1st quarter.

Here are this week's announcements. This week our students will be taking NWEA assessments. These assessments will tell us how our students are performing against students their same age nationwide. Results will be shared with 1st quarter report cards.

I want to remind everyone of our arrival and dismissal procedures. Parents, students may begin arriving at school at 7:20am and should either be a bus rider, walker, or be dropped off in our car rider line. Please do NOT drop your child off in the bus line. This is a loading/unloading zone and you will be ticketed. If your child arrives after 7:45 please walk them into the building to sign them in. For dismissal, parents, please remember that if you need to change your child's transportation, please send a written note. No transportation changes will be made without a written note. Dismissal begins at 2:20pm. As a reminder, parents will not be allowed in the building during dismissal. This is to keep our dismissal procedures running smoothly and all of our students safe.

Teachers will be reaching out to schedule 1st quarter parent teacher conferences. We want to keep you up to date with your child's academic progress. As always, if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at 336-294-7380. Have a wonderful week!

Aquí están los anuncios de esta semana. Esta semana nuestros estudiantes tomarán evaluaciones de NWEA. Estas evaluaciones nos dirán cómo se están desempeñando nuestros estudiantes comparados a estudiantes de su misma edad en todo el país. Los resultados se compartirán con las cartas de calificaciones del 1er trimestre.

Quiero recordarles a todos nuestros procedimientos de llegada y despido. Padres, los estudiantes pueden comenzar a llegar a la escuela a las 7:20 a.m. y deben ser pasajeros de autobús, caminantes o dejarlos en nuestra línea de pasajeros de automóviles. Por favor, NO deje a su hijo en la línea de autobús. Esta es una zona de carga / descarga y se le emitirá una multa. Si su hijo llega después de las 7:45, por favor llévelo al edificio para registrarlo. Para el despido, padres, recuerden que si necesitan cambiar el transporte de su hijo, envíen una nota por escrito. No se realizarán cambios en el transporte sin una nota escrita. El despido comienza a las 2:20 p.m. Como recordatorio, no se permitirá a los padres entrar al edificio durante el despido. Esto es para mantener nuestros procedimientos de despido funcionando sin problemas y a todos nuestros estudiantes seguros.
