• Veronica Bryant

I am Veronica Bryant, your new AP at Foust.   While grateful and excited for this opportunity to serve the scholars, their parents, and community at large, I firmly believe that our efforts and collaboration together will help form and strengthen a successful and productive citizen.

As a Guilford County School (GCS) graduate, I value the worth and contributions of all people. This is reflective of my desire to forever be a life-long learner. Though this is my second career (previously in Finance), my education tenure at UNC-CH, Piedmont Bible College to obtaining a Master’s degree in Education and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from UNC-G, all have shaped me in becoming a Champion for Children. Several educators in my life were my champion. I want to give and be no less for your child(ren).

From a career as a fourth/fifth-grade teacher to becoming a Reading Facilitator in Thomasville City Schools to a Curriculum Facilitator in GCS to serving most recently as an Assistant Principal at Rankin Elementary School for fifteen years, my experiences have been varied. However, varied, these opportunities have been critical to my understanding of children, how to support their social emotional being, and how they best learn.

Now, I am beginning a new venture at Foust! I have treasured providing exceptional education for all students. My hope and commitment as a servant leader are to support the learning community, as we continue to prepare our Scholars for opportunities, knowledge, and future careers none of us have even thought possible or imaginable.

So, please join me on this exciting journey! Let’s ensure our Scholars have everything they need to do and give their very best. Together, we can build Scholars who are smart AND great contributors to an ever-changing world!

Here’s to the promise for a great year!

    Sincerely,

    Veronica Bryant, MEd, MSA

    Assistant Principal, Foust
