When this happens, it's usually because your teacher doesn't see you in their lobby.

Try these steps:

I. Close Teams and try to enter the meeting again.

II. Clear the browser history.

1. 1. Click on the three dots at the top right of the browser window. 
   2. Go to More Tools
   3. Go to Clear browsing data.
   4. Click the blue Clear Data button.
   5. Restart the device and try to enter the meeting again.

You are not logged in to Teams with your GCS Microsoft account. 

Click "Sign in."
