Here are this week's updates, including reminders of a few school policies.

First, please be reminded that we are a uniform school. Students should be in their uniform EVERY DAY unless we notify you otherwise. Our uniform consists of a red, white, navy or royal blue polo and navy blue or jean bottoms. Jeans should have no holes or rips. Please know that if your child is out of uniform, parents will be contacted to bring them their uniform. If you need support with uniforms, please contact our school social worker, Cecelia Pettis. Thank you for you helping us to keep learning as our main focus.

In addition, I want to remind you that cell phones should be kept in students' bookbags throughout the instructional day and are not allowed at recess or lunch. If you have questions about this, please let me know. Likewise, if you need to contact your child, please call the school. This includes transportation changes, which should be sent in writing. Thank you for supporting us as we keep our safety protocols tight.

Looking ahead, Spring Pictures will be on next Monday, Mar. 20th and order information will be sent home this week. On Wednesday, Mar. 29th at 7:30am we will have our Donuts with Grownups with Counselor Wellbock. All of you are invited to attended. Lastly, please don't forget about Daylight Savings time and 'Spring forward' one hour. We look forward to seeing everyone bright and early Monday morning. Have a wonderful week!

Primero, recuerden que somos una escuela de uniformes. Los estudiantes deben estar en su uniforme TODOS LOS DÍAS a menos que le notifiquemos a lo contrario. Nuestro uniforme consiste en un polo rojo, blanco, azul marino o azul real y pantalones azul marino o jeans. Los jeans no deben tener agujeros ni rasgaduras. Además, quiero recordarles que los teléfonos celulares deben guardarse en las mochilas de los estudiantes durante todo el día de instrucción y no están permitidos en el recreo o el almuerzo. Si tiene preguntas sobre esto, hágamelo saber. Del mismo modo, si necesita comunicarse con su hijo, llame a la escuela. Esto incluye cambios de transporte, que deben enviarse por escrito. Mirando hacia el futuro, las fotos de primavera se tomaran el próximo lunes 20 de marzo y la información del pedido se enviará a casa esta semana. El miércoles 29 de marzo a las 7:30 a.m. tendremos nuestras Donas con Adultos con la Consejera Wellbock. Todos ustedes están invitados a asistir.
