We are delighted to serve you. I am Stephanie Preston, School Counselor at The Middle College at GTCC - High Point. I've been a School Counselor for 19 years serving students, families, and their surrounding community.  I am the mother of three sons, Jackson, Jace, and Jrue and wife of 14 years to Christopher. I am a three-time graduate of North Carolina A &T State University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Master of Science in Counselor Education, and a certificate.

School Counselors are necessary liaisons between school and home. As a Professional School Counselor, I believe in caring for a students' well-being, in how we first educate the whole child. Student support service providers should facilitate authentic caring connections, cultivate inclusive safe spaces, and individualized support. Through these structures, there is shared responsibility and accountability for all stakeholders. I'm honored to serve alongside the students, families, and staff at MCHP and look forward to a prosperous new year!
