The Middle College at GTCC-HP, is operated on  the GTCC-HP campus by Guilford County Schools, is considered one of the best high schools in Guilford County with a 100% graduation rate. Middle college students take high school courses, but have access to college credit courses and have the opportunity to graduate with not only a high school diploma, but also an associate degree. Students have the option to stay a 5th year pending all high school graduation requirements are met and a 2.0 GPA is maintained.
