This Thursday and Friday, November 2^nd and 3^rd are teacher workdays. There will be no school for students on Thursday and Friday of this week.

Tomorrow, Monday, October 30^th is picture day. Please send completed picture forms with your Washingtonians in the morning. Our SAS Clubs for Monday are Tiny Taste Buds and Sign Language.

On Tuesday, our Pre-K & Kindergartners will be taking a field trip to the Greensboro Children’s Museum. Our 3^rd, 4^th and 5^th graders will have their PBIS Celebration. Students needed 100 Washingtons to participate.

On Wednesday, our 1^st graders will be taking a field trip to the Greensboro Children’s Museum. Tuesday is the end of the 1^st Quarter. Revamp Contemporary Dance and Fairy Tales in Action SAS Clubs will be meeting after school.

Your weekly Health and Wellness Tip for each week is: Fruit has important vitamins and minerals, and includes fiber, which helps kids feel fuller. For a fun snack, try making homemade popsicles out of calorie-free water.
