Fundraising
There are multiple ways that we try to raise funds for the PTSA.
Membership
The best way to support the PTSA is through your membership. For as little as $10, you can become a member. It wouldn’t be possible for us to provide all the services to ECG if it weren’t for our members. We have several options for membership for you and your family. Remember, this is a Parent, Teacher and Student organization, so all students are welcome and encouraged to join the PTSA. We want everyone to have a voice and feel part of the ECG community.

Spirit Wear
We sell spirit wear at various events throughout the year, as well as having items to purchase on MemberHub. We will also be offering Spirit Packs this year which include three memberships, an ECG t-shirt, and a direct donation to help fund the PTSA’s essential support of our students, staff and community. These Spirit Packs will be for $100 and available to purchase on MemberHub.

Direct Donations
Some families choose to directly donate to the PTSA rather than going through a specific fundraiser. Donations are always welcome. We have a link on MemberHub and we also accept checks. These can be dropped off at the main office in the George White House, your student can bring in and give to their first period teacher, or they can be mailed to the White House at:

Annual Family Dinner and Silent Auction
Join us Saturday, October 28 for our Family Dinner and Silent Auction from 6-9PM in Berry Hall at Canterbury School. This event is held every fall with the auction item sales going towards many different things including fully funding approved mini-grants, helping fund student activities and clubs, along with any additional areas that need help in our ECG community.
This is a huge event and our biggest fundraising event of the year. It would not be possible without the help of our committee heads and many parent and student volunteers. It’s a fun night with delicious food and a great way to get to know other families in the ECG community as well as bid on some amazing items. In the past we’ve had auction items such as vacations, spa days, tickets to events and a variety of local goods.
