Your Weekly Health and Wellness Tip for this week is: Set goals for physical, social, and psychological well-being. Daily habits and routines help us stay motivated and get our daily goals done. Try and do the same things around the same time every day, as this helps train our brains to focus.

Looking ahead mark your Calendars for our 2nd Quarter Awards Ceremony next Tuesday, February 6th and next Wednesday, February 7th is the 100th day of school. All our Washingtonians are invited to dress up like a 100-year-old.

At Washington, we Honor Community, Show Excellence and Think Critically.

Have a great evening, and I look forward to getting 1% Better Each Day this week.
