Your Weekly Health and Wellness tip for this week is: Eat Slowly and Savor: Put your fork down between bites, chew thoroughly, and focus on the taste, texture, and aroma of your food. This helps your body register fullness cues before you overeat.

Looking ahead our SBLT meeting for this month will be virtual meeting at 3:00pm on March 12th. Mark your calendar for Saturday, March 16th for our PTO Skate Night from 3:30 – 6:00pm at Skateland North.

At Washington we Honor Community, Show Excellence, and Think Critically.

Have a great evening, and I’m looking forward to getting 1% Better Every day this week with you
