Who can print/copy in color?
Technology Services has implemented a color restriction policy for all Toshiba copiers in schools. This policy will limit non-administrative accounts to grayscale printing only. If non-administrative staff need to print in color, they may email the files to a designated administrative staff member for printing.
Administrative accounts, including Principal, Assistant Principal, Treasurer, Data Manager, Office Support, Counselors, Curriculum Facilitators, Social Worker, and SRO, will retain the ability to send color print jobs to the school's color copier.
Please note that this policy mirrors the one applied to previous copiers, and we are unable to lift restrictions for individual users or groups.
