NC Governor's School Updates:
- Students applying to the NC Governor's School should submit their 2025 Application to their school's Governor's School Contact by the end of the day 10/11/2024.
- Students applying to the NC Governor's Schools will also need to have two recommendations submitted on their behalf. The recommendations must be on the 2025 NC Governor's School Recommendation Form and should meet the guidelines found in the Student Application Checklist provided by the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction. Recommendations will be submitted directly to the school's Governor's School Contact and should be in by 10/11/2024 as well.
Did you miss our information sessions or want to listen to the presentation again? Use the links below to access the presentation recordings. The recording from the September 12 session includes the full presentation from the AG Department plus the wonderful reflections provided by our Student Panel. The recording from the October 1 session only includes the Student Panel. Since both meetings had different students, we encourage families to listen to the reflections provided by both groups as the students' voices give great insight into this wonderful opportunity.
