Applications for DECA are still being accepted. We are looking for competitive students who have an entrepreneurial mindset and an eye for business. Joining DECA is a great way to get your foot in the door in the business world, especially with DECA’s corporate partners. Please see Mrs. Pridgen in room 301 with any questions.
*Auditions for the spring musical, The Wiz, will be held on Thursday, Dec. 5th from 4-7pm in room 911. A memorized monologue is required. Call backs will be Friday, Dec. 6th.
*Herff Jones will be on campus Tuesday, November 19th during all 3 lunches to assist seniors with ordering the caps, gowns, and senior materials.
If you missed the senior assembly yesterday, you can pick up order forms and brochures in the front office or in room 208. Prices for caps and gowns will start going up in January, so order now and save money!
*This coming Friday & Saturday, 8 members of the Page High School Orchestra and Band will represent our school at the GCS All-County Orchestra clinic and concert. Michael Mitchum and Jonah Blackwell, violins, Ben Touprong-Wang, cello, Ben Walraven, double bass, Martin Paz, piccolo, Caroline Wilson, oboe, Jocelyn Imbus, bassoon, and Tyler Carter, percussion, auditioned for and were admitted into this special event. Congratulations to them! Their concert will take place on Saturday, November 23rd @ 3:30 pm @ Southwest High School. Admission is free, and all Page Pirates are invited to support these musicians with their attendance at the concert.
*Tri-M Music Honor Society will be holding a meeting on Monday, Nov.18th directly after school in the orchestra room. We will be discussing officer nominations, service projects, and membership requirements with all current members.
