Special Program Schools: No-Cost Meals, Title I, Restart, Opportunity Culture

• Opportunity Culture is a GCS program that strengthens teaching and learning in a school through teacher leadership.
• Restart Schools receive key types of flexibility from North Carolina state laws and regulations in order to promote innovation and school improvement.
• Schoolwide free breakfast and lunch are available at schools that are approved for the federal Community Eligibility Provision (CEP). In these schools, the income data of the community qualifies all students to receive no-cost meals with no paperwork required.
