A quick behind the scenes; I graduated from SEHS in 1997, in the fall I left for NC State University for two years, then transferred to UNC-Greensboro where I finished with a BA in Communications - Concentration in Moving Image & Sound. Worked as a construction manager for around twelve years and then a project manager-estimator for another year before making a lateral move into Career & Technical Education. I am happily married with one son and two miniature schnauzers in a home nestled in the eastern part of SEHS's district. I learned most of my construction knowledge from my father who was a residential contractor for 40 years and I am still finding new ways to master the craft. I enjoy fishing, boating, the mountains and coast, I still play video & board-games and I love to stream movies and binge-worthy TV. I have coached four recreational sports and I was the Men's Varsity Lacrosse Coach here at SEHS from 2016-22.
