MakerSpace Club
MakerSpace Club is the perfect place for students who like to build, design, engineer, create and make!
During MakerSpace club meetings, students participate in a variety of “making” activities ranging from Lego building challenges, to recycled material creations, to 3D designing and printing. Activities vary weekly and are provided by Mrs. Morgan. However, students are encourage to bring their own “maker” ideas too!
The JSGS MakerSpace Club meets on Mondays after school in the library MakerSpace from 2:35-4:00. Parents should pick students up at the front of the school when the meetings are over. Students are expected to maintain positive, quality behavior. Poor behavior (either during or school or club meetings) will result in dismissal from the team.
Enrollment for the 2017-18 MakerSpace Club is closed at this time. Students in grades 5-8 will be able to join next year's club in the fall (limit: 20 students).
