Welcome Back!!!!

I bring you greetings as we jointly engage in this journey of the new norm. I am Ms. Harrison your Seventh Grade Social Studies teacher for the 2020-2021 school year.  I am a graduate of Winston Salem State University in Winston Salem, NC (GO RAMS).  My degree was in History and Political Science.  I later attained my Masters of Science in Curriculum Instruction and Assessment K-12 from Walden University.  I have been in Education for a total of thirteen (13) years.  I started my path into education at what was Hampton University (Elementary), later coming to Hairston Middle School.  I have been at Hairston for a total of seven years (7) this will be my eighth year here.  I look forward to greeting and meeting each and every one of you as we continue through this new experience!!!
