I have been teaching at Weaver Academy since the fall of 2004, the first year of the orchestral strings program at the school. Please see my bio under AP Music Theory Content.
As a member of the performing and visual arts (PVA) faculty at Weaver I've taught the following courses:

My schedule for the 2019-2020 school year is listed below:
1st Block (9:00-10:30AM) - Planning
2nd Block (10:35AM-12:05PM) - Intermediate Strings (9th grade)/Honors Strings Proficient (10th grade), Honors Strings Advanced (11th and 12th grades),
3rd Block (12:50-2:20PM) - Honors Music Theory (fall), AP Music Theory (spring)
4th Block (2:25-3:55PM) - Honors Music Theory (fall), AP Music Theory (spring)
15 Weaver String Students Invited to Participate in WRO, 4 Win Principal Chairs in Honors Orchestra!
Please congratulate Weaver string students Yvonne Abbott, Brianna Aye, Sunny Bell, Mikayla Brinson, Kayla Burgess, Margot Cunningham, Sean Iannantuono, Kate MacKenzie, Agata Kvasnikakova, Sergio Martinez-Mendez, Ella Rawls, Zorayah Resper, Kaila Smith, Siana Wong, and Xander Wood for winning auditions that qualified them to perform in the NCMEA All-Western Region Orchestras. All but one participated in the WRO clinic and performance the weekend of February 28th through March 1st at the Hayes School of Music at Appalachian State University. Over this past weekend four Weaver students won principle positions at the Western Region Orchestra Clinic held at Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. Siana Wong was named principal 1st violin (concertmaster), Sean Iannantuono: principal 2nd violin, Margot Cunningham: principal viola, Harrison Helms of Grimsley High School: principal cello, and Xander Wood: principal bass. All five principal positions in the honors orchestra were won by GCS students and Weaver placed ten students in the honors orchestra as well as five students in the repertory orchestra at the event.
