WELCOME TO THE 2020 - 2021 SCHOOL YEAR

My name is Chantei Payne, and I am your 6th and 8th grade EC Math Teacher at Hairston Middle School. This is my 20th year as an educator and my ninth year at Hairston Middle School. I have also taught at Jackson Middle School. In May 2001, I graduated from Bennett College with a bachelor’s degree in Special Education. I received my master’s in special education from Walden University in 2016. 

I know and understand that our "normalcy" has changed but I am here to assist as much as possible. Until further notice all assignments will be posted on Canvas.
