6th Grade Assistant Principal

Hello! I am excited to be the 6th Grade Assistant Principal at the New Hairston Middle School! This is my 4th year as a Jaguar! I am approaching a decade as an educator in Guilford County Schools. Previously, I taught high school Science. My hometown is Charlotte, North Carolina.

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Elizabeth City State University (Elizabeth City, NC). I received a Master of Education degree in Science Education from Georgia State University (Atlanta, GA). I completed my School Administrator's license and earned a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from High Point University (High Point, NC). Starting this fall, I will begin my Doctoral of Education degree at High Point University.

I am an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., the Beta Beta chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma International Society, the Greater Triad Alumni Chapter of Elizabeth City State University National Alumni Association, Guilford County Association of Educators (NEA), North Carolina Science Leadership Association, and the Holden Road branch advisory board for the NC State Employees Credit Union.

I am married to Mr. Robinson and we have two daughters, Lauren (5) and Logan (1).
