I have been a kindergarten teacher for the last 4 years. I have been teaching for over 16 years.  In kindergarten the children will learn how to read and write basic sight words.  Beginning  writing strategies will also take place. They will also learn to write their numbers to 30 and count to 100.  It is a year of tremendous growth!
