    You must have a current physical turned in at least one day before tryouts to be allowed to try out on the first day. Forms can be accessed on the school’s website.     


    BEFORE YOU TRYOUT YOU MUST HAVE A PHYSICAL AND CONCUSSION FORM. NO PHYSICAL AND CONCUSSION FORM, NO TRYOUT!!

    You can download a physical form under "Athletic Forms" or see Coach Rumsey.  

    Look at specific team webpages and listen to morning and afternoon announcements for specific information regarding tryouts.
