All About Us

Mrs. Amanda and I have been teaching Pre-k at McLeansville for twelve years. We love working with young children and their families. It is a special treat to work within an elementary school and be able to watch the children grow and mature as the years go by. This is a unique experience that most Pre-K teachers do not get to have. 

  Ms. Stephanie has a teaching degree from San Jose State University and a N.C. Teaching License and has been teaching Early Childhood Education for over 25 years. She has one teenage son, two dogs, one cat and a fish. She lives in Whitsett and loves to go to her neighborhood book club, loves collecting children's books, shopping, and surfing on Pinterest for new ideas for the classroom.

   Mrs. Amanda has been working with Kindergarten and Pre-K for GCS for over 19 years. She is married with one daughter and a very cute grandson. She has three cute dogs that keep her busy. She loves to cook, she is the queen of couponing, and she really loves spending quality time with her grandson.

    We love being here at McLeansville and love working with Early Learners. We can't wait to have you in our class. See you soon!
