Greetings Cone Cougar Families, Staff, and Community!

I am thrilled to be a part of the awesome Ceasar Cone Elementary School team! Though I am not a native to North Carolina, I have been in Guilford County Schools for the majority of my career and earned my degrees at Greensboro College and UNCG. Having been a middle school teacher, curriculum facilitator, and assistant principal, I have spent many years working with students and their families during their school years. Please know we are here to make your experience the best that it can be!

I have also worked many years in curriculum and instruction as well as a teacher coach, so I am passionate about helping facilitate a growth mindset as we all work to continually improve. We are all making improvements every day. This year we are going to really push ourselves, adults and students alike, to challenge assumptions and be the best we can be as we chart our course to growth! We are building on 90 years of history at Ceasar Cone Elementary, and we aim to make our 90th our BEST YET!

In my free time, I enjoy traveling, decorating cakes, reading, and spending time with my family. My son and spouse are also in Guilford County Schools, so I stand alongside all of our families as we work for the BEST for our students in Guilford County Schools!
