Hello ! Bienvenido! Welcome to reading class! My name is Ms. Simmons and I am one of the reading/SS teachers here at Sedgefield Elementary.  This year will be my 8th year of teaching and my 3rd year of teaching 3rd grade. I am a graduate of Winston-Salem State University where I earned my bachelor's degree, North Carolina A& T State University where I earned my Master's Degree, and currently High Point University where I am earning my doctoral degree. I love baking, cooking, and dancing.  I have one pet and one sister. I love reading and my favorite book is Stand Tall Molly Lou Melon! We are going to have a fantastic year!
