Hello Everyone!!! My name is Mrs. Mignon Sheppard.  This is my 5th year as a Business Education teacher at the Great Ben L. Smith High School. I am married with one daughter and a bonus daughter. I am so happy that you are in my class this year and look forward to getting to know each of you.  Hopefully you have taken at least one CTE (Career Technical Education) course before, however, if not no need to worry. CTE courses provide high quality instruction that prepares you for life beyond high school.  Whether you are going to community college, university, military, or into the workforce, the skills you learn in CTE classes will give you the foundation to become a well-rounded, contributing member of society.  I aim to provide a homey, positive learning environment that fosters strong collaborative relationships, character building, life skills education, and a high level mastery of course content.
