In fall of 2020, the district made the decision not to reopen the ACES program during the 2020-21 school year.
Please follow the Board of Education meetings or contact the ACES District Office for any further information.
Welcome to ACES at TLM!
ACES . . . helping children develop curiosity, creativity and character
Triangle Lake Montessori invites parents to choose the district’s After-School Care Enrichment Services (ACES) program for quality, affordable, and convenient after-school care.
Triangle Lake ACES proudly serves both Triangle Lake and Union Hill Elementary families. Students in kindergarten through fifth grade can enroll in ACES at any time during the school year.
ACES staff members are trained in BSAC, CPR, First Aid, and Playground Safety and undergo at least ten hours of additional training every year to guarantee that we know how to keep your children safe and having fun!
ACES provides a balance of academic, enrichment, and recreational after-school activities. The program expands children’s experiences, extends their learning, and provides warm and caring support.
In ACES, students pursue academic excellence as they work on homework, engage in literacy-rich activities, review and practice math concepts, and take part in activities that support their success in school and in life. This year, we have a brand new ARC Reading Collection to provide all students an opportunity to read on and around their reading levels.
ACES is offered every day that school is in session for students. Triangle Lake teachers drop off our students directly after school, and the Union Hill bus arrives around 3:00. We provide a safe and fun environment for all students until families arrive to pick them up before 6:00.
On designated teacher workdays, the program operates from 7:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. On these ACES All-Days, students enjoy field trips or participate in special on-site activities. (An $8.00 Activity Fee is charged on an ACES All-Day.)
Our program centers around the TLM Cafeteria, but we use multiple locations throughout the school. Please check the location board by the ACES office each afternoon to help locate your child's group.
The ACES program addresses the needs of the whole child and helps develop well-rounded students by increasing their character-development opportunities and focusing on their social and emotional well-being.
Involvement in ACES helps build positive school-family relationships and strengthens our schools’ educational partnership with parents and students.

Parents may come to the school weekdays during the school year between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. to complete and submit their ACES enrollment application, $15 non-refundable enrollment fee, and $50 non-refundable deposit to Thomas Beerbower, ACES Site Coordinator.
(The deposit will be applied to the child’s last week of ACES.)
The weekly fee is $50.00 a week and is due on Monday by 6:00 p.m. A $5.00 late fee will automatically be applied to any payments not made by noon on Tuesday.
The enrollment fee and deposit are waived for students who have a childcare voucher from DSS or another agency.
Note: The weekly tuition is reduced to $25.00 per child for any 2-day school week or $10.00 per child for any 1-day week (due to holidays or inclement weather).
