Space in ACES programs is subject to availability.  Once registration is submitted online, parents will be contacted by the ACES Site Coordinator to confirm enrollment or to let you know if there is a waitlist.

The Gibsonville ACES Program provides quality academic, enrichment and recreational activities for students currently enrolled at Gibsonville Elementary School. The program is licensed with a 3 star rating from the North Carolina Division of Child Development and has a "Superior Rating" From the Guilford County Heath Department. 

ACES operates daily from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. 

A $15 Non-refundable enrollment fee is due when the initial ACES enrollment application for the school year is submitted for each student. The enrollment fee is not required for students who have a DSS or other agency childcare voucher.  The first week's fee for each student $75. Total Due BEFORE each student attends ACES is $90. 

First payment needs to be made online or by money order. After initial payment is accepted you may continue to pay with a money order and you can also pay on-line.. NO CASH IS ACCEPTED.   

ACES activities include:  kidzlit, Literacy Program, other Character Education activities. Academic Time (for students to work independently on homework), Device days, CATCH kids, Centers, and Special Events 

A nutritional Snack is also served daily.
