The Washington ACES Program provides quality academic, enrichment and recreational activities for students currently enrolled at Washington Montessori Elementary School. The program is licensed with a 3 Star Rating from the North Carolina Division of Child Development and has a “Superior Rating” from the Guilford County Health Department.
ACES operates daily from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m., as well as from 7:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. on designated teacher workdays.
A $15 non-refundable enrollment fee & a $50 deposit fee is due when the initial ACES enrollment application for the school year is submitted for each student. The enrollment fee or deposit fee is not required for students who have a DSS or another agency childcare voucher.
The weekly fee is $50 and is due on Friday prior to the week attending.
ACES activities include: Growing Community Leaders: An ACES Curriculum That Serves, KidzLit® Literacy Program, Jr. Master Gardener® and Soil Solutions® Nature Activities, Learning for Life and other Character Education activities, Academic Time (for students to work independently on homework), Computer Lab, Book-It® Reading Incentive Program, CATCH® Kids, KidzMath and Versatiles Math Programs, Centers, Field Trips, and Special Events.
A nutritional snack is also served daily.
