Our school offers the Guilford County Schools After-School Care Enrichment Services (ACES) program for students in kindergarten through fifth grade. We invite you to choose our ACES program as the place where your child can study and play with schoolmates in a child-centered environment. We know you will find ACES to be one of the highest quality, cost-effective and convenient after-school care options available.
ACES provides a balance of academic, enrichment, and recreational after-school activities with a child-to-staff ration 20:1. The program expands children’s experiences, extends their learning, and provides warm and caring support for children and peace of mind for parents. Involvement in ACES helps build positive school-family relationships and strengthens our schools’ educational partnership with parents and students.
A $15 non-refundable enrollment fee is due when the initial ACES enrollment application for the school year is submitted for a student. Parents are required to pay a $50 non-refundable deposit prior to their child beginning ACES. The $50 deposit fee will be applied to the child’s last week of ACES. ACES tuition of $50 weekly is due each Friday before the week of care, even if a student attends or is absent the entire week. The weekly fee is reduced for weeks when the district provides just one or two ACES days. A $5 late fee will be applied to each child each week tuition is late. Late fees are applied after 12 pm on Monday following the Friday tuition is late.
