Welcome to the Counselor’s Corner!  I am Samara Johnson, and I am proud to serve your child in my role as School Counselor. I am married to Walter T. Johnson, III and we have three daughters who have all attended Guilford County Schools.  I have had the privilege of being a School Counselor over the last 21 years, and the past 5 years at the Middle College at NCA&T. I graduated from the best university in the nation, North Carolina Agricultural State University with a B.A. in Psychology and a Master’s of Science in School Counseling.  School Counseling is the most rewarding profession I have ever had.  I enjoy helping students meet their academic, career, and personal/social goals along with providing them with the tools to be college and career ready.  Please explore my webpage with available resources that will help your child navigate college and career pathways.
