Hello and welcome to our page.  This is my second year at Florence and I am so excited to be here.  This is my fifteenth year working in education and my thirteenth year teaching exceptional children. I have taught grades Kindergarten through eighth grade in the resource and adaptive settings.  I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Special Education from High Point University and my Masters of Education in Learning Disabilities from Greensboro College.  I am married and have four sons.  I love to sing all the time.  Some of my hobbies include sewing, riding my motorcycle, working on cars, going to the junkyard, and shopping at Goodwill!     

Ms. Erica Marion--Assistant

I am Erica Oliver Marion. I am an EC Teacher Assistant here at Florence Elementary.  This will be my second year at Florence, however this will be my fourth year with GCS.  I obtained my Bachelor of Science at South Carolina State University in Criminal Justice.  I also have twelve years of experience in early childhood education.  In my spare time I enjoy jewelry making, traveling and making gourmet desserts.
